At Clutchit Bags, we specialize in creating custom bags and accessories tailored to your unique style and needs. Here's how our custom order process works
Step 1: Purchase a Custom Order Ticket
Initial Consultation (this cost will be subtracted from the cost of the item , (so if the item cost $50Usd and the ticket cost $20Usd then your total will be 50Usd ! However the ticket itself is non-refundable),contact us via the Contact form on our Website to discuss your vision. Share details about the style, size, materials, and any special features you'd like for your custom bag.
Step 2: Design & Quote-we'll work with you to finalise the design and provide a detailed quote based on your specifications, including materials, hardware, and customisation options.
Step 3: Approval & Payment :once you approve the design and quote, we'll require full payment to begin production. This secures your spot in our production schedule.
Step 4: Production,our skilled artisans will handcraft your custom bag with attention to every detail. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.or materials we may have to import and based on the pending orders, in some cases 1 week !
